By submitting a trade-in request or selling your device through Dayra Market, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Refers to Dayra Market for E-Commerce LLC, including its authorized stores, partners, representatives, and digital platform.

You / Seller
Refers to the private individual offering a consumer electronic device for sale or trade-in through Dayra Market.
Business Day
Any day excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays announced by the Egyptian government.
Device
Any consumer electronic device offered for sale or trade-in through Dayra Market, including but not limited to mobile phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, gaming devices, or any other category supported by Dayra Market.
Estimated Price
A preliminary, non-binding valuation generated based on the information provided by the Seller and subject to inspection.
Dayra Wallet
A technical settlement mechanism issued by Dayra Market to record and settle amounts due to Sellers.

By selling a device through Dayra Market, you confirm that:
You are a private individual located in Egypt and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You are of legal age to sell the device and receive value for it.
You are the lawful owner of the device and legally entitled to sell it.
You agree to provide accurate and valid information, including:
Egyptian National ID (or valid passport for foreigners)
Active phone number
Valid email address
Any loss, delay, rejection, cost, or legal consequence arising from inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information shall be your sole responsibility.

Dayra Market operates as a digital marketplace platform and, where applicable, as an authorized sales agent acting in the name and for the account of the Seller.
By submitting or listing a device, the Seller appoints Dayra Market as a non-exclusive agent to:
Inspect, diagnose, and classify the device
Determine pricing based on condition, classification, and market demand
List, market, and sell the device on behalf of the Seller
Collect payments and settle proceeds using the Dayra Wallet
📌 Dayra Market does not acquire ownership of devices, does not hold them as inventory, and does not act as the principal seller unless explicitly stated in writing.
Ownership of the device remains with the Seller until either:
The device is sold to a third-party buyer through Dayra Market; or
The Seller accepts a direct purchase (buy-out) offer from Dayra Market.
Ownership transfers only after settlement is completed in accordance with these Terms.
Dayra Market may act solely as a facilitator in seller-to-seller, vendor-to-vendor, or third-party transactions and shall not be deemed the principal buyer or seller unless expressly identified as such.

The Seller grants Dayra Market the full right to inspect, diagnose, and test the device, including but not limited to:
Running diagnostic and verification software
Testing internal hardware components
Physically opening the device when required
Dayra Market bears no responsibility for pre-existing defects discovered during inspection.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Dayra Market’s Privacy Policy.
To complete a trade-in, the following conditions must be met:
The Estimated Price is not final and may change following inspection.
The device must:
Power on and function normally
Have no active iCloud, Google, Samsung, or MDM locks
Have all tracking and security features disabled
Be factory reset with all personal data removed
Contain only original, unmodified internal components
Have functional security features (Face ID / fingerprint), where applicable
Devices will be rejected if they are:
Reported lost or stolen
Jailbroken, rooted, or software-modified
Carrier-locked or network-restricted
Subject to unpaid taxes, customs duties, or legal claims
Dayra Market reserves the right to reject devices exhibiting panic logs, non-genuine components, water damage, bending, motherboard defects, or unauthorized hardware tampering.

A. Estimated Price
An estimated value is displayed based on Seller-provided information and remains subject to inspection.
B. Inspection Appointment
The Seller must present the device within 7 calendar days at a Dayra Market location or authorized partner.
During inspection, Dayra Market may:
Remove accessories, cases, stickers, or packaging
Apply internal identification labels
Clean the device for testing and classification purposes

All devices are subject to classification after inspection.
Devices may be categorized as:
Original Box
Dayra Box
Classification is determined solely by Dayra Market based on condition, packaging, accessories, refurbishment standards, and quality controls.
The Seller acknowledges that:
Classification directly impacts valuation and resale price
Classification decisions made by Dayra Market are final and binding
If the device matches the Seller’s description, the estimated price is confirmed.
If the condition differs, Dayra Market may issue a revised offer.
The Seller may accept or reject the revised offer.
If rejected, the device is returned with no further obligation on either party.

Dayra Market does not provide instant cash payouts.
Upon acceptance of a trade-in offer or completion of a sale:
The value due to the Seller is credited to the Dayra Wallet.
The Seller may:
Use the wallet balance to purchase products on Dayra Market; or
Request a bank transfer to a bank account registered in the Seller’s name.
Dayra Wallet is a technical settlement mechanism only.
It is not a bank account, stored-value facility, or electronic money product and does not accrue interest.
Dayra Market may offer higher valuations for wallet usage compared to bank withdrawals.

Dayra Wallet Credit: Issued within 7 Business Days after inspection and acceptance
Bank Transfer Requests: Processed within 14 Business Days from withdrawal request
Dayra Market is not liable for delays caused by incorrect banking details, banking institutions, regulatory requirements, payment network failures, or force majeure events.
Wallet credit issued after ownership transfer is final and non-reversible.

Amounts collected by Dayra Market from buyers may include:
Sale proceeds belonging to the Seller; and
Commissions, service fees, logistics fees, refurbishment costs, or other charges payable to Dayra Market.
Only fees and commissions retained by Dayra Market constitute Dayra Market’s taxable revenue.
The Seller remains solely responsible for any personal income tax or other taxes applicable to proceeds received.
Dayra Market does not provide tax advice and does not withhold personal income tax unless required by law.

The Seller is solely responsible for ensuring that all personal data is erased, all accounts are signed out, and all tracking services are disabled.
Dayra Market shall not be liable for residual data, account recovery issues, or privacy breaches arising from incomplete log-out or reset by the Seller.
Any costs resulting from such issues may lead to rejection of the device or deduction from valuation or wallet credit.

Each device is governed by a separate contract.
If the Seller submits multiple devices, repeated listings, or high-volume transactions, Dayra Market may request proof of ownership or reclassify the Seller as a commercial seller, subject to different terms.

Ownership transfers only after:
Settlement is completed; and
Sale or buy-out is confirmed
Once ownership is transferred and wallet credit issued:
The transaction is final
No cancellation, reversal, or refund is permitted
Where a Seller accepts a direct buy-out offer, Dayra Market shall be deemed the principal buyer for that transaction only.

Dayra Market shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or opportunity.
Liability is capped at the final transaction value of the device.
Dayra Market shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, governmental actions, regulatory directives, strikes, system outages, or changes in applicable law.

Dayra Market reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
The version in effect at the time of the transaction shall apply.

These Terms are governed by Egyptian law.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
